Ana is a project manager, trainer, facilitator, and former modern dancer and choreographer. From 1989 to 2009, Ana was a member of various dance companies and performed as a solo artist in small venues across the US. As a natural extension of her work in dance, Ana has a studied and deep understanding of people, relationships, and processes. She brings what she learned in the studio and on stage to the business world.
Her work is focused on corporate professionals and teams, helping move concept and strategy into action, helping individuals find their best ways of working, and helping teams find ways to move forward in unison. Her clientele ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small, nonprofit arts organizations.
Ana was born of Dominican immigrants and raised bilingual. Steeped in the cultures of North America and the Dominican Republic, and having lived there, all over the US, and briefly in Madrid, Ana brings a multicultural perspective to all she does. In her spare time she can be found wandering the galleries of one of her favorite Twin Cities haunts, the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
