As a facilitator and coach for administrative support professionals and their executives, I look to inspire people to perform, grow, and shine. I help people understand themselves and one another by guiding them to articulate their values and philosophies, then translate them into action and improved job performance.

I bring a wide range of approaches and techniques, acquired and developed over years of hands-on experience. I customize every development plan for the needs of each person, team, and organization. Then I assess and adjust as the situation evolves.
